What is a safe breastfeeding cream to use for itching?

Hello, I have been breastfeeding for 6 months and for some time I have had pimples around my nipples that itch a lot. I have been using moisturizer but I think it's a fungus because of the humidity.

Hello Mrs., the clotrimaderm antifungal cream (Canesten and other companies) is safe during breastfeeding and you don't need to clean the area before breastfeeding.
That being said, I suggest, if not already tried, Lansinoh ointment, which is lanolin based and can be a good moisturizer and relieve irritation.
I would also like to note that if the situation does not improve at all after 5 to 7 days or gets worse, it would be better to consult a doctor so as not to delay the management of the situation.
I am still available if there is anything!

I read somewhere that it could be humidity urticaria. Would clotrimaderm cream be as effective? And is it available on the shelves?

If it is only hives, a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Glaxal Base or other can be applied as needed. Clotrimaderm is especially good if there is fungus, which can occur in folds or areas with moisture. It is available without prescription.
