Hello,
Usually, this symptom occurs mostly during ovulation, which is normally 14 days before the start of menstruation.
Could this discomfort be something else?
Can you describe the pain in more detail? Where exactly? Is it continuous or intermittent?
Do you have any other symptoms?
Your answers will help me to better help you!

It's pinching in the ovaries (in my opinion) and a little more on the left side. These pinches come and go. It's not painful, but I'm a little worried. It's not menstrual cramps. It's been happening to me since my ovulation. I'm trying for a baby since March, but I don't think I'm pregnant

For the moment, it doesn't seem to be worrying. It should get better with the arrival of your period.
If the symptoms persist or get worse, I recommend that you see a doctor.
And if your period doesn't come as expected, I recommend you take a pregnancy test.
Professionally,
