Good evening ma'am, It could be cramps related to a stomach bug, but it could also be related to many other things... How are you doing since yesterday? Thanks for those details. I would indeed tend to wait 3 to 5 days to see if it will pass on its own, but will go for a consultation if the pains are still present at that time, or if on the contrary they worsen or are accompanied by fever by then.
