I have some pretty bad abdominal cramps, identical to my menstrual cramps, but I am not in my week. What should I do?

I have quite strong abdominal cramps, identical to the ones I have on my first day of menstruation (but I'm not in my week...) This is the first time it's done this to me (I'm 29). It's been 2 days.

I would just like to know if there is anything to worry about or do I wait and hope it passes?

Good evening ma'am,
It could be cramps related to a stomach bug, but it could also be related to many other things...
How are you doing since yesterday?

They are still there, but it's really cramps in my uterus/ovaries. Like menstrual cramps, but I am not.
I have been trying to get pregnant for a few months. I don't know if I have any reason to worry. If not I will wait a few weeks and see if it passes.

Thanks for those details.
I would indeed tend to wait 3 to 5 days to see if it will pass on its own, but will go for a consultation if the pains are still present at that time, or if on the contrary they worsen or are accompanied by fever by then.
Happy weekend :)
