Good morning, ma'am,
Yes, congestion, discharge and yellowish secretions are common with COVID...
The number one treatment is nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It's a little uncomfortable but works wonders!
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
Tylenol can help with aches and pains and lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend can provide local relief if you have throat pain.
Otherwise, time will do its work
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any further questions!
