I have had COVID for 10 days. Can liposomal vitamin C help me?

There are no studies showing the effectiveness of vitamin C in fighting or preventing infection, including for COVID.

Liposomal vitamin C may be better absorbed than vitamin C, but the science doesn't indicate any benefit to that.

I'm not entirely sure why you haven't found it in pharmacies. It could be that the companies that make it don't do business (or at least not yet) with pharmacies.
