Hello Ma'am,

In such a case, I often recommend the use of a simple skin moisturizer (e.g. Vaseline™ or Prevex™). If applying it 3 times a day does not heal the cracks within a week, at that point it should be replaced with a small cortisone cream (hydrocortisone), available in pharmacies and to be used twice a day for at least 4 days.
