Hi, during sexual intercourse, I cut myself on the small lips of the vagina, every time I pee it burns a lot, I don't know what to do and I only have polysporin at home, do you think it could help to heal? Or is it too dangerous in this area? Thank you!!!

Polysporin will not help the healing of the skin in this area. The skin of the vulva and vagina is highly vascularized and heals quickly on its own.

To reduce the pain, it is necessary to dilute the urine by drinking a lot of water (even if this will make you urinate more frequently). Finally, if the pain is too intense despite this, there are barrier creams (Prevex, Orabase, etc.) available in pharmacies. It would be possible to apply them to the lesion to reduce contact with the urine.
