Can I use a cream with shea butter if I have a nut allergy?

Nevertheless, people with nut allergies should always be cautious about consuming or using shea nuts or their butter

So, depending on your previous reaction to nuts, I would use caution before using a shea butter cream, as it is possible to have a reaction. If you want to use it, I would recommend you to do a test before and apply it on a small surface (ex: as big as a 2$ on the wrist) during 24 hours to see if you react.
