Can I take methocarbamol with tramadol and pregabalin?

Question

My right leg has been hurting for almost 5 months. I apply heat, massage, chiro and physio. The sciatic nerve is coming back because of a probable lumbar hernia according to MD and physiotherapist. However, no MRI or CT scan could be performed we are waiting.

Hello Sir, I am sorry to read about your troubles! Methocarbamol, corticosteroids, tramadol and pregabalin are considered compatible. However, methocarbamol may increase the risk of drowsiness that is already present with tramadol and pregabalin. Furthermore, the efficacy of methocarbamol is questionable.
