How long does it normally take for the body to regain its balance? When should I seek help?

Hello, I stopped taking birth control pills in May 2022. I don't take any other contraceptive (except condoms) and I feel like my body is losing control of my weight, I have gained 10 lbs since then. I eat the same as before and have the same lifestyle. I also had acne in the summer but it seems to have calmed down.

Hello, ma'am,
Weight gain usually means that calorie intake exceeds the amount of calories 'burned'.
I strongly recommend that you consult a nutritionist and physiotherapist to develop realistic eating and exercise plans for you. Most group insurance plans cover these types of consultations.
Sincerely,

Hello, I understand this principle well but I have not changed anything in my habits and I seem to have a hormonal imbalance. (I also eat well)
my question is: how long does it take for the body to recover from the pill (taken for 15 years)
thank you very much!

A maximum of 6 months. After this period, a thorough examination is required.
