My boyfriend has little bells on the tip of his penis that are pus-free (it's just skin). What could it be?

This could be due to several things, including simple irritation. If he has a habit of rubbing really hard when he gets up, I would first recommend "slowing down" on the soap bar :).

Then, if it occurs more after sex (within a few days), he might be tempted to use a personal lubricant if he hasn't already.

If both of these actions have already been tried with no results, I would recommend that he try using Canesten™ cream once a day before bedtime for 7 days.

If this is still not enough, we'll go to a doctor.
