The side effect you describe is common, with about 1 in 3 people complaining of it at the beginning of treatment. Usually, this nausea does not go away until the 12th week of treatment.
To reduce nausea and vomiting, you should take the medication with food, BUT avoid eating fatty meals. This is because if you eat a meal that has more fat and take your medication at the same time, the dose is absorbed much more and could account for the nausea.
You can also take Gravol ginger to help get through the first few weeks.
