Can I continue taking Trintellix if I want to get pregnant?

Since this is a relatively new medication, and this class of medication is not a first line of treatment, it is difficult to comment on the safety of Trintellix during pregnancy and the period of conception. Basically, we try not to start it in women of childbearing age or who want to get pregnant.
