I continue to have bleeding even though I am wearing the Mirena IUD, is this normal?

Hello, I have had a Mirena IUD for at least 3 years, I had very heavy periods, an iron deficiency (which has been resolved) and fibroids.

Most women will have less bleeding with the Mirena, some will not have any more but it is still possible to have some with this IUD.
