Baby on Cefzil with hives, what should I do?

My baby has been on Cefzil for 2 days and this morning he broke out in hives to who knows what! Nothing new has been added to his diet.

I strongly invite you to contact your pharmacist who will be in a better position to evaluate the situation and, if necessary, contact your doctor for possible alternatives if deemed necessary. As this is written, the doctor may ask to see him again to evaluate the hives and reassess the relevance of the treatment.
