Hello! My 3 1/2 year old boy is very congested, so much so that I can't get his sinus to rinse. It's the first time this has happened, the water doesn't go from one nostril to the other or very little. I think I forgot one part: it's for my 3.5 year old boy, his nose is so congested that the Sinus Rinse can't get from one nostril to the other. This is the first time this has happened.

Good morning, ma'am, It can happen that the solution only comes out of the same nostril but this does not necessarily indicate a problem. Is your child blowing his nose?
