Is shingles contagious for children or adults? Can I continue to train or is total rest advised?

Diagnosis of shingles, 33 year old woman, no medication received, as it was too late in relation to the appearance of the plaques
1st covid vaccine on Sept 10
Big discomfort on the 14th and the 16th shingles buttons started to come out on my belly opposite the ribs
Not too disturbing compared to the fatigue and the dizziness, the heartache and the roller coaster head
Is it better to wait a certain amount of time before getting my 2nd dose of the covid vaccine?

Hello,
Theoretically, if you have fluid inside your shingles pimples, that fluid is contagious. So, if a child or adult rubs themselves and touches this fluid, they could develop chickenpox if they haven't already developed it. With this rare exception, shingles is not contagious
In addition, it is not recommended to limit your activities during an episode of shingles. So you can work out to your ability
In relation to your 2nd dose of vaccine, there is no recommended time between an episode of shingles and the COVID vaccines. So you can have your 2nd dose as scheduled if you wish.
