Do I still need to see an antibiotic treatment?

Hello, I have a nasal congestion with pain in the cheek and forehead sinuses. I went to the doctor and received antibiotics for a possible sinusitis. The symptoms were alleviated during the treatment, but they are starting again right away. Congestion pain, greenish secretions.
