My baby spits up milk frequently, what should I do or watch for?

Hello, My 2 month and 2 week old baby regurgitates at every feeding? She regurgitates a very large amount. During the day, she is ambivalent about feeding; at times, she drinks really often, but sometimes she can stretch the feedings to 4-5 hours and spit up the breast. At night, she does an 8 hour feed. She has a dip in her forehead and her face is pale. She is in investigation for her vomiting, but now it's worse since 3 days & she doesn't keep anything.

Hello ma'am, is she exclusively breastfed?
Is there a time of day when you notice this more?
Is it spitting up or just regurgitation?
Is she wetting and soiling her diaper, and is she gaining weight?

Yes, breastfeeding exclusively
There is no particular time. She regurgitates at every feeding. Sometimes she vomits in a jet, but it is less frequent since 1 week.
She wets her diapers, but her weight has been stable for 1 week.

Thanks for the feedback.
All in all, I am reassured that she has been seen and that the evaluation has been started.
I would suggest taking frequent breaks during feedings to pass the burp. Perhaps it would be appropriate to evaluate the possibility of giving smaller feeds more frequently. Also, I suggest avoiding changing the baby's position too frequently after feedings and not putting the baby down for 20 minutes afterwards
