What should I do? When should I consult? It is red, hard and relatively large.

Good morning, ma'am,
The basic treatment is to keep the area clean with water and mild soap (like Dove), and the application of warm compresses for 10 to 15 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day. Do not attempt to puncture the lesion as this may increase the risk of infection and slow down healing.
If the lesion persists for more than 10 days, gets bigger, or is accompanied by other symptoms, you should consult a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful and I'm available if you have any further questions!
