My soon to be 3 month old twins, recoil from a bottle, but attack it because they are clearly hungry. They often regurgitate after drinking it and it is white/clear. They moan as if they are in discomfort no matter what position they are in. At an angle, flat on their stomach, on their back, on top of us, etc. They drink much less 2 to 5 oz maximum instead of 6-7 oz per drink. They drink sometimes every 3 hours, sometimes every 5 hours. So, they drink between 4 to 6 times a day depending on how much they drink. Could it be reflux or colic symptoms? I already give them biogaïa and it helps with the cramps/colic but nothing more.

Good morning, ma'am,
Although the situation can be quite unpleasant, it does not necessarily indicate a problem. Regurgitation, as long as it is not projectile vomiting, is a very common phenomenon and does not necessarily indicate a problem.
Keep in mind that your little ones basically have to learn to digest on their own at every stage of their development, and that it's not easy.
As long as your little ones are wetting and soiling the diaper and gaining weight, there is no need to worry.
First and foremost, try to reduce the risk and frequency of spit-up:
Be sure to use a "1" nipple, as higher numbers are bigger and can result in the baby being "force-fed";
Interrupt feedings often to pass gas, at least 3 times;
Give smaller amounts at a time, even if it means giving more often;
Avoid changing the position of the little ones after feeding and do not put them to bed for 20 minutes afterwards
