Hello, I am a 23 year old woman and I have no medical history. One month ago, I noticed a trickle of blood in my stool. Since then, everything was normal. Today, I noticed a little bit of blood with mucus again. I have no pain. This situation makes me anxious.

A little over a month ago, I noticed a trickle of blood on my saddle and on the paper (only once). Since then, everything has been normal. Today I had 3 bowel movements and there were small traces of blood and mucus around my stool (no trace on the paper). I have no other symptoms. I just came back from a trip to Mexico 5 days ago (I don't know if this could be related). Also, I don't know if this is related, but I am taking multi vitamins and omega-3.

No, there is no blood on the paper. I didn't really notice any irritation either.
