Hello Ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Have you had or are you experiencing a fever? Have you tried or taken anything for these symptoms?
Thank you for your time!

I currently have a temperature of 38.0 with chills. I didn't take anything, no tylenol, only honey and water with lime

Thank you for the information
Tylenol can relieve fever and is safe in all trimesters
Lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend can give local relief if you have a sore throat, and are safe too.
For coughing, mucus discharge, and nasal congestion, I would opt for nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, you can reduce the backward flow of secretions, which often causes coughing.
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, depending on your preference.
I hope I've been helpful, so please don't hesitate if you have any other questions!

Thank you so much for your time and valuable advice! 🙏🏻 😊 Tonight my fever went up to 39.3, so far, following two tylenols, it seems to be going down. I'm going to hydrate as much as possible and do sinus rinses. Thanks again!
