Pain when I breathe, what can I do?

Hello ! Following a cold, negative COVID test, I have a pain in the lung when I breathe in! I take tylenol advil and do sinus rinse

You did well with Tylenol and Sinus Rinse. I encourage you to do it as often as necessary during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. This is the best treatment to prevent secretions from flowing down the throat and causing coughing.
If the chest pain is secondary to coughing, it is normal, as coughing involves many muscles and structures in the chest. I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer. A teaspoon of honey can also help with the cough.
If it persists for 7 days without improvement, you should see a doctor.
