Hello, I am a young woman who wants to go get evaluated for mental health issues. I suspect ADD and anxiety disorder, but I'm not sure if it could be something else. I don't know which resource to turn to.

If so, he could be the gateway. He will evaluate your situation and refer you to the right person.
If not, you can also go to the CLSC.
