You are doing the right thing with nasal hygiene, I encourage you to do it as often as necessary and at least 30 minutes before bedtime, there is no maximum per day.
If he drinks well, wets and soils his diaper and seems in good general condition, just monitor the situation.
If the situation persists more than 7 to 10 days without improvement, or if fever occurs, I suggest to consult a doctor.
