Is it normal to have constant (severe) acid reflux even after treatment for H Pylori?

It is not impossible for the pain to last for a few weeks after the antibiotics used to treat H pylori have ended. However, the pain should eventually be less severe than before the antibiotics. If not, one should go back to a doctor.

For now, you could see if taking Zantac™ or Olex™ might reduce your symptoms.
