Can I use ItWorks brand KETO COFFEE if I am breastfeeding?

On the instructions it says not to consume if pregnant or breastfeeding because it contains caffeine... but it's written that on almost everything so I would like to know if it is or not. THANK YOU

Hello!
Do you know how much caffeine is in this coffee?
Actually, we want to limit caffeine consumption while breastfeeding, because caffeine passes into breast milk, which could make your baby irritable and nervous.
Also, do you consume other products with caffeine, such as tea, soft drinks, energy drinks?
Also, this coffee seems to have weight loss as a goal. Is this what you want? Because it is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers to diet to achieve weight loss. The weight gained during pregnancy is useful to meet the energy needs of breastfeeding. Dieting may reduce the amount of milk you produce. Moms who breastfeed for up to 6 months or more tend to lose the weight gained during pregnancy naturally over time.
I look forward to hearing from you!

I'm a little reluctant for you to consume this coffee, as it is not known how much caffeine it contains. Usually, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consume no more than 2 cups of coffee per day. However, since this is a "special" coffee, I am concerned that there is more caffeine than in a "regular" coffee.
But, since it seems to be a coffee with added butter, maybe you could make your own coffee with a little butter instead? What do you think?
