Hello Ma'am,
First of all, soy protein and Chia protein are quite high in fiber, taking too much of it could cause diarrhea and other stomach upsets. In addition, efficacy and safety data in pregnancy are limited. As a general rule, it is recommended to start with 1 to 2 teaspoons of chia/soy per day, drink plenty of water, and stay active to stimulate bowel movements.
With regards to Baobab, according to my research, I have not found any data in pregnant women. Also, regarding spirulina, information regarding safety and efficacy during pregnancy and breastfeeding is also limited. However, according to my research, spirulina may contain some trace amounts of mercury and should be avoided during pregnancy.
Given the uncertainty of the data in the literature, I would suggest soy and Chia protein and go with moderation.
Do not hesitate to contact me with any additional questions.
Happy day,
