Can I use aloe vera if I am breastfeeding?

Hello, I am 22 years old, I am a mother of a little girl of almost 10 months and I still breastfeed her morning and evening (during the week because of the daycare) and morning noon evening on weekends.

The references I consulted report that oral aloe preparations are not suitable for a breastfeeding woman. It would be best to avoid this type of product.
