Lower back and stomach pain, what to do?

Hello, I have had lower back and stomach pain for a few days. I did a UTI test. The leukocytes come out purple-pink which indicates positive and the nitrites negative (yellow). What should I do? Is this considered cysts? I have had them for the past few years. Can you prescribe something? Can I consult any pharmacy since my pharmacy is closed?
