Hello, 1 year ago I had a hysterectomy without removal of the ovaries. I am 37 years old and for a few months I have had foul smelling vaginal odors and small lesions on my vulva related to dryness. I don't take any medication and I've been using the vagisil cleanser for a while now but it hasn't improved.
