Antibiotic drops and eye irritation

I have conjunctivitis since last Wednesday. I have antibiotic drops prescribed to put 3x/day. There is less redness, the feeling of sand grains has diminished, the swelling has diminished, but today it heats up when I blink, my eyelid is sensitive like a bruise and I have tears that flow by themselves. I still have drops until Friday but should I consult or wait? What to do to relieve Perfect, thank you
