He had a vasectomy on Wednesday the 21st and he just made a sudden movement and his wound opened and he is bleeding a lot

Hi,
I would recommend applying light pressure to the wound and cold compresses and if possible, I would recommend that he stay in a prone position.
If the bleeding doesn't stop, he will need to see a doctor. If however you are able to stop the bleeding, I would simply wait to call the doctor who did the procedure to see if he wants to see him again for a follow-up
In the meantime, it is very important to avoid sudden movements
For pain, as long as he doesn't have any allergies or is not taking any other medications, he can continue with tylenol and an anti-inflammatory if needed
