My spouse has had a high fever since Saturday (back from abroad). He complains of intense head pain, which makes him scream in pain. What to do (COVID)?

He also has diarrhea and red patches. We got bitten by mosquitoes there. Health info is saturated does he have to go to the hospital, his condition lasts since Saturday AM.

Also, if it helps, I have cold symptoms (nasal congestion, sore throat, swollen glands) and our kids also have diarrhea but no other symptoms.

Hello Ma'am,
Considering your recent return from travel and your spouse's symptoms, I recommend that you call 1-877-644-4545 before visiting your local testing center (you have a better chance of speaking to someone than at 8-1-1).
Note that anyone who has been in close contact with a person who is recommended to be screened should also be screened. By close contact, we mean that they spent more than 2 hours in the same room as a person to be screened, or had direct contact (kissing, talking) with that person. In short, if the nurse deems that your spouse should be screened for COVID, the whole family should go for the screening (unless the nurse advises otherwise).
If you need to go to the screening clinic, I recommend that you go without taking public transportation.
Happy day!"
