My partner started having dihare and cramps yesterday, nothing intense but felt like he had eaten something bad and just the day before he had eaten a cheese burger that was not great. Today the cramps seem to be more intense and he goes to the bathroom more often. Only dihare . With nausea but he is hungry of course. I thought it was intoxication but now I wonder if it could be a gastro, since it's the same symptoms. hello, i would also like to add that his condition is ok except for the cramps (acute cramps), nausea sometimes but not intense and no vomiting and he is hungry.
