Sorry an error occurred while transcribing.
Having the above mentioned symptoms, I went to get swabbed for Covid-19.
I received a positive result. I was wondering what meds I can use to alleviate his symptoms?

Unfortunately, there is very, very little that can be done to alleviate the symptoms except to rest and eat well.

Since we can't do anything about the loss of smell and taste, I will say that the headache and nasal congestion are the two symptoms that bother me the most.

Ok!
In such a case, I recommend that you simply take Tylenol™ and unblock your nose with a product like Hydrasense™ or Otrivin (for a maximum of 3 days for the latter).
