How do I decrease the dose of clonazepam if I have exceeded the prescribed dose?

Hello, my sister suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and the doctor prescribed Rivotril 2 g in a dose of 1/2 in the morning and evening. Following several crises she was obliged to increase her dose to 3 1/2 pills per day.

However, considering this situation, you should redirect your question to her pharmacist. He or she is the best person to develop a timetable for gradual reduction, to follow up closely with her, and to send recommendations to her doctor.
