Hello, I have always had very sensitive skin. I have eczema and my skin is often tight and very dry after showering. I have started using baby bath and shower products. I use the shower gel for the body of the brand " lolo & moi " as well as the cleansing gel with avocado of the brand " mustela ". Thank you so much for your advice. Hello! Baby brands are a good option, as long as they don't contain fragrances or irritants. There are also very good products for "adults" that are fragrance free and very gentle on the skin! The best cream I could recommend is Cutibase Ceramyd moisturizer which is fragrance free, allergen free, irritant free and contains ceramides, an ingredient that helps repair the skin. It is best applied after a shower or bath to retain moisture. For eczema, treatment is most effective when a moisturizing cream is used in conjunction with a corticosteroid cream. You can find them over the counter at the pharmacy, including hydrocortisone 0.5%. You can apply it twice a day, morning and evening, on your lesions. No problem, have a nice day!
