I feel like my 3 month old baby is not getting his fill from the milk?

Hello, My baby is 3 and a half months old and I exclusively breastfeed but I feel like it's not enough anymore. He has been waking up every hour of the night for 4 days and he drinks almost every time.

Good morning, ma'am,
Most babies will go through a growth spurt around 3 months of age. Your baby may want to drink more than "usual". Although most references indicate that a baby can start consuming foods other than milk around 6 months of age, it is not recommended to do so before 4 months of age because his digestive system, neck muscles (to hold himself upright when eating) and swallowing reflexes (pushing food back with the tongue, chewing, etc.) may not be sufficiently developed.
To this end, I strongly encourage you to bookmark Naître et Grandir which is full of resources and information!
I hope I've been helpful, don't hesitate if you have any other questions!
