Hi, I started the Yaz pill, can it cause weight gain? If not, which birth control pills are effective against acne? I feel like I have gained weight since I started Yaz, but the pill is very effective against my acne. I am afraid to stop it. I'm wondering about my options.

Hormonal contraceptives like Yaz do not cause weight gain. It is possible that the product causes a little water retention.
