Hello, my 14 month old baby has been coughing for more than a week, he had a cold last week, but the cough has become greasy and won't stop, he is eating well, moving well, no wheezing and no fever..but he is teething too.

You should know that even after a respiratory infection such as a cold has healed, there can still be some inflammation and the cough can often take a few weeks to go away, this is not necessarily abnormal. The best thing to do or continue is nasal hygiene with saline water, to prevent secretions from going down the throat and causing coughing (Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse for example).
