I'm getting a little worried after so long. Should I go for a consultation? Do you have any suggestions for treatment?

I am traveling in Southeast Asia and probably got food poisoning 4 days ago. Since then, I am tired, achy and I have diarrhea. I take Imodium pullulas for this last symptom. I had a fever a few days ago and I also have a sore throat sometimes. I rest and hydrate a lot.

Hello!
To better assess the situation, I would like to ask you a few more questions:
Being in Asia, would you have eaten raw food or anything new in the last few days?
The fever is over if I understand correctly, right?
Have you noticed any blood in your stool?
Do you have a stomach ache?
Do you have nausea and/or vomiting?
Have you noticed if the symptoms were getting better or worse in the last few days?
What is the source of the water you drink?
What medications do you have access to at this time?
As you are already doing, it is important to stay very well hydrated. For the Imodium, I encourage you to continue it as long as you need it. At the beginning of the day, you can take 2 tablets right away, then take 1 tablet during the day each time you have a liquid stool, up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day.
I look forward to answering your questions!

Thank you so much for your answer. Fortunately, all the symptoms disappeared overnight, as if by magic. I don't know how it started, but I'm glad it did.
