I am starting to get migraines more frequently (2-3 times a month) even on the pill, without being in my week. Is this still normal?

I have been on birth control pills for 6 years now, always taking them continuously until my body starts menstruating on its own. It is a plan established with a doctor since I often had hormonal migraines. When this happens, I take anti-migraines to avoid having an intense migraine...

Hello ma'am, do you have any warning signs of migraine such as blurred vision or other symptoms?
Are there other possible causes such as fatigue, stress, pain, increased workload?

i have no symptoms other than mild neck pain either unilateral or behind the eyes, without my vision being blurred or having auras, it's more like pressure. Yes, stress could be another cause...? I also find that I have a lot of problems with my concentration in everyday life (work, home, car, etc)

Thanks for the information!
Yes, stress or anxiety can trigger or make a migraine worse. Anxiety and worry can also affect concentration.
Since you have been on the contraceptive for 6 years it is unlikely that it is the cause.

Excellent thank you very much, I will look into this also for stress with a doctor, see try some medication to help maybe?

If you are experiencing persistent anxiety or symptoms of anxiety and/or if these symptoms are interfering with your daily activities, I believe that you should consult your physician and/or a psychotherapist or psychologist.
Sincerely,
