Is it normal not to have had a period for 2 months on Micronor?

25-year-old woman3 years ago
It's been two months since I started the Micronor because I had a pulmonary embolism because of the Evra patch last August. I started Micronor at the same time I stopped taking my blood thinner (Eliquis) and for the last two months, I still haven't menstruated. Is this due to all these changes or should I be worried? Thank you

Hello,
Since Micronor contains 28 active tablets and it is not possible to have a break period, it often happens that women have irregular cycles or bleeding. Complete absence of menstruation is less frequent, but it is quite possible to have less bleeding.
So, if you have had risky relationships, I recommend that you take a pregnancy test since the pill is never 100% effective. However, your situation is not unusual
