I started a new medication and my doctor took me off the topiramate I had been taking for years, I really don't feel well?

The best solution would be to contact your pharmacist who will be able to better assess the situation and develop a plan for you (e.g. how the topiramate was stopped, quite gradually, how the new one was started and which medication, etc.).

If necessary, he/she can suggest alternatives to your doctor and follow up closely with you.
