Can I combine extra strength Tylenols with a Benylin brand All-In-One syrup that also contains ancetaminophen?

Hello, I have a cold right now and I had a bad reaction to Tylenol Complete (acute dizziness) and the pharmacist suggested that I take a syrup that I have at home (Benylin all in one, which also contains ancetaminophen) in combination with Tylenol capsules. However, I have arrhythmia, so I'm afraid I'll still have side effects with this combination... Am I better off using ADVIL with the syrup?

Hello Ma'am,
I can confirm that there is a real risk in combining both a syrup containing acetaminophen and Tylenol™. You can do that, of course, but you have to make sure you never take more than 4,000 milligrams a day, which requires us to calculate from the active ingredient table.
It's better to take Advil™, indeed.
Good evening,
