Alternatives for the SPKO?

Hello, I have been taking Yaz for several years to treat PCOS. Considering that the included progestin has an anti-androgenic effect, it manages to control 100% of my PCOS symptoms (acne, hirsutism). However, it completely cuts off my libido and this is a problem for me. What other contraceptive should I try? I have already tried Alesse and found it too weak... Also, I would like to keep the tablets and not the patch/ring.
