I have keloid scars on my areolas, what can I do to reduce their visual appearance and the pain?

I've been healing badly from breast surgery...I've tried silicone bandages, dermatix creams, I've tried cortisone injections and the next step would be octovoltage *radiation*. But the side risks are serious, so I was wondering if you have any other advice for me before I get to the radiation stage.

Hello Ma'am,
Unfortunately, you have already employed one of the best creams available on the market and performed cortisone injections, which are sometimes useful for a situation like the one you describe.
My knowledge stops at this level in aesthetics. I would therefore advise you to discuss your concerns about radiation therapy with a professional on the subject.
Sorry I can't be more helpful to you at this time.
It would be my pleasure,
