After consulting a few references on the subject, I have come to the conclusion that there is no proven, fully effective drug treatment to reduce the redness associated with acne scars. In fact, at this time and throughout the Accutane treatment, it is best not to apply anything to the skin except moisturizer as recommended by your doctor/dermatologist. In a second step, when the treatment is over and if the redness is still very apparent (because it will become pale, even invisible, with time), you could inquire about a pulsed laser treatment. This is the best treatment for this type of situation according to UpToDate (2018).
